InterVarsity at Purdue sponsors the Gideons on campus each fall. We encourage students to read the Bible. Below are links to other translations in other languages, pda and computer freeware Bibles, even real audio Bible and contemplative Bibles for Quiet Times. If you have not read through one of the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) with an inquisitive, college mind, be encouraged to do so. A former U.S. President inaugurated a "Year of the Bible" and another former U.S. President said he believed a thourough knowledge of the Bible is more valuable than a college education.
